ELECTA® Borosilicate glass cooking trays

The glass trays for oven cooking are components in transparent borosilicate glass that can be used as cooking trays inside the ovens.
They can be used up to temperatures of 300 ° C, and thanks to the borosilicate raw material, they have a high resistance to scratches, chemicals (steam, greases ..), they are very easy to clean and very resistant mechanically. They are also particularly pleasing from an aesthetic point of view, so much so that they can also be used as serving trays. They are dishwasher safe.
The tray can go directly into the refrigerator oven, but cannot be used on a flame.

The borosilicate glass trays are obtained by an hot molding process, with a mold whose dimensions and depth can be calibrated according to the technical drawings and specifications indicated by the customer, based on the size of the oven where the tray has to be used.

Creating specific glass shapes (folds, protuberances, holes), locking devices can be integrated into the tray to prevent them from falling during handling/extraction from the oven guides.
