ELECTA® Borosilicate inner doors with anti-heat coating

The inner doors with a heat-reflecting coating are oven doors, to which an infrared reflecting pyrolytic filter is applied, which allows to obtain two fundamental results:
a significant increase in the energy efficiency of the oven: the coating constitutes an infrared barrier, which reduces the transmission of heat between the cooking cavity and the external door,
a drastic reduction in the temperature of the external door, especially during pyrolysis processes.
This high-efficiency coating allows for “cold” external doors below 35 ° C, despite the internal temperature reaching 500 ° C.

After several years of studying the process, ILVA Glass is able to apply coatings with very high efficiency in terms of temperature, and with a pleasant aesthetic appearance that does not compromise the transparency of the glass.

The ILVA Glass product is perfectly compliant with European standards and with the large household appliance manufacturers specifications and, of course, with the European regulations of the sector (Rhos, Reach ..)

The technical characteristics of the thermal coating can be requested from the ILVA Glass technical office by filling out the form on the side.
