Aesthetic oven doors

The aesthetic oven door is the glass component that aesthetically qualifies the oven for domestic or professional use.

Basic materials such as standard float or extra clear, colored or mirrored float are used for its production, depending on the desired aesthetic effects. The thickness typically used is 4 mm or 6 mm.

Due to the high aesthetic level required, the most important process is undoubtedly the screen printing with which metallic effects and mirrored logos can be obtained.

Extremely important is the tempering process which provides mechanical and thermal resistance to application, without altering the surface quality of the glass which remains visible during final use.
